Prior to joining HarvEast, Dmytro held the position of Senior Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, a leading international audit firm.
In the agricultural holding HarvEast works in the first days of its foundation.
Lidia KLOCHAN graduated from the Donetsk State University of Management with degree in Management of Organizations. In September 2010 she confirmed her qualification of Specialist in Human Resources. Ms Klochan has solid record in law and HR management. Since March 2011 she has been HR Director of HarvEast Holding.
Tetiana Alaverdova graduated with honors from V. German Kiev National Economic University, where she received a master's degree in the specialty "Project Management and Consulting."
Passed executive MBA program in International management institute (IMI-Kyiv) in 2021.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the agricultural sector.
From February 2015 she heads the sales department of HarvEast. In this position she develops and implements export-oriented sales strategies, improves logistics chains.
Igor Ermolaev received a master's degree from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Management of Innovation Activities. Prior to that, he studied at the Poltava State Agrarian Academy with a degree in Management of Organizations.
He began his rapid career at HarvEast in February 2013 as a leading procurement specialist. Soon in September 2014, he was appointed director of procurement for the company. From July 2018 to September 2020, he led a seed production development project.
Before joining HarvEast in 2012-2013. worked in ASA Asta as a manager of the sales department of equipment.
Today Igor manages all commercial areas of the holding in the position of HarvEast Purchasing Manager.
Tatiana Mushenok graduated from the Novokakhovsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
Tatiana is a top manager with 20 years of experience in finance and has been working in the agricultural sector since 2000.
For more than 17 years she was engaged in the construction of management accounting and budgeting, liquidity management and tax planning in the companies "House of Vintage Cognacs "Tavria", "Agro Invest Ukraine" MK Group. For more than two years she headed the accounting department of Smart Business Service SMART HOLDING.
Since November 2020, she has been the head of the financial department at HarvEast.
Yana Yukselen graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in International Law, qualified as an international lawyer, an English translator.
Yana has over 15 years of experience in the field of jurisprudence.
Joined the HarvEast team in 2015. Her area of responsibility in the company is to provide a full range of legal functions, the direct development of legal strategies on all key issues and legal support of the company's activities.
Victor Kolybashkin graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, where he received a master's degree in International Economics.
Prior to joining HarvEast, he worked as a tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He started his career at HarvEast from the early days of the holding: first as the head of the budgeting department from 2011 to 2013, then as the chief financial officer from 2014 to 2019.
From the end of 2019 to the present day, Victor has been working on the operational efficiency of the company and technological development.
Ruslan Mazurenko graduated from Donetsk National University with a degree in Enterprise Economics. He also has a diploma from the Mariupol Humanitarian Institute of Donetsk State University with a degree in Ukrainian language and literature.
Ruslan's experience in managerial positions in the agricultural sector is 16 years, of which more than 8 years in the structure of the agricultural holding HarvEast.
He is a deputy of the Nikolsky District Council of the 6th, 7th and 8th convocations and the Nikolsky United Territorial Community.
Alexey Ostapenko graduated from Donetsk National University with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
Prior to joining HarvEast, he was engaged in auditing in the field of taxes and accounting. He began his career in the agricultural holding in May 2013, heading the head department of tax and accounting.
He has extensive experience in tax planning, building an accounting system and integrating new business units into the structure of the company.
Since December 2018, he has been appointed director of the Agro-Holding MS enterprise. In January 2020, he was transferred to the position of director of the Kyiv region with a land bank of 37 thousand hectares.
